Engagement of Superannuated Officers at HAL Aircraft Division Nasik
on contract basis as Consultant ( Meteorology )

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc in any discipline from the recognized University/Institution
or its equivalent.
Experience: The candidate should possess 20 years or more of experience in the area
of the meteorology section of aerodrome of civil / military aircrafts.



Job Specifications of Consultant (Meteorology): The incumbent will be responsible for:
1) To analyse various weather charts & draw inferences on impeding weather.
2) Issue timely weather warnings/cautionally met report during adverse weather.
3) Issue various other forecasts such as local, area, route, take off, landing etc.
4) Prepare statistical analysis of weather elements such as pressure, wind, rainfall,
visibility etc. on monthly , seasonally, yearly basis.
Period of engagement : one year
General Instructions :
· Superannuated officers from HAL as well as other organization are eligible
to apply provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
· The initial contract period shall be for 12 Months
· Selected candidates will be paid consolidated remuneration payment per
month based on last drawn Basic pay , DA and other allowance after mutual
discussion.
· Based on the experience and qualification, only short listed candidates will
be called for interview.
· Interested eligible candidates fulfilling the above requirements may send
