Besides, he will also deal with the Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, DPE etc. He will also be responsible for printing of Annual Accounts and the Directors’ Report. Organizing AGMs, submitting material pertaining to the Annual Administrative Report of the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, will also be the responsibility of the Company Secretary.
