N O T I C E
The National Aluminium Company, a leading Navratna Public Sector enterprise of global repute looking for Homoeopathic and Ayurvedic Doctors (one each) for its Hospital at Damanjodi in the District of Koraput on retainership basis for a period of three years to provide medical treatment to the Company's employees and their dependant family members in the respective systems of medicines. The terms & conditions of retainership are outlined below:
1 The retainers would attend the Hospital during full OPD hours on all weekdays, except Sundays and notified holidays. They will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs.12, 000/- per month.
2 Residential accommodation shall be considered for the retainers subject to availability. Where the accommodation is provided, the company shall deduct @10% of consolidated fee for the family accommodation or 5% of consolidated fee for single accommodation. Water/Electricity charges will be recovered as per the rates applicable for the Company's employees.
3 In case of absence of retainers for attending the OPD for more than 2 days in a month the consolidated fee will be reduced on pro-rata basis. They are entitled to 20 days leave per annum.
4 The retainers are not permitted to any form of private consultation with employees or their dependant family members.
5 The retainers will be entitled to receive OPD facility and medical assistance in respect of self, spouse and dependent children. However, they would not be eligible for reimbursement of medical expenses on outside medical treatment.
6 They will report to Dy. General Manager (MS) Nalco Hospital, Damanjodi. They would also assist him in scrutinizing the claims for reimbursement of medical expenses in their respective area apart from providing consultancy/treatment to the employees and their dependant family members.
7 The retainership contract would come to an end on its expiry automatically unless extended in writing in advance. The contract may be terminated by either party during its course by a notice of 15 days.
Interested candidates holding BHMS/BAMS qualification respectively from a recognized Institution and having valid registration with State Homoeopathic Board/ Ayurvedic Council may apply to the undersigned in the specified format enclosing therewith copies of certificates/testimonials etc so as to reach on or before 04/03/.2010. Preferences will be given to candidates having exposure/experience of working in reputed industrial establishments.Upper age limit for the said positions should not be more than 55 years as on 1st March,2010.
The candidates will make their own arrangement for stay while appearing for the Test/Interview. No TA would be paid for attending the test/Interview.
