Applications are invited for following posts to be filled at NCCS, Pune.

1.	Officer `C’ (Accounts) : By Direct Recruitment / By Deputation a) By Direct Recruitment : One Post. Pay Band No. 3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- (TME Rs. 41329/-) Age limit : Below 40 years. Qualification & Experience : Essential : Graduate with the qualification of SAS/CA / ICWA with 5 years experience in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500 (PR) or 8 years experience in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (PR) as Pay and Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer. Desirable : Candidates having additional qualification of MBA (Finance) or Company Secretary with experience in   Computerised Accounting will be preferred. b) By Deputation : The candidate holding post analogous to the post applied for in terms of the pay scale and status or the candidate has worked for atleast 5 years on the lower post in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500 (PR) or 8 years in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (PR) provided that : The period of deputation shall ordinarily be three years which may be extended upto maximum period of five years. The total period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same organization / department shall not exceed five years. The candidates appointed on deputation shall not have any claim for promotion during the period of deputation. Separate applications should be submitted for direct recruitment and deputation.
2.	Technical Officer 'B' (Library & Documentation) One Post reserved for Orthopaedically handicapped candidates. Pay Band 3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (TME Rs. 38998/-) Age limit : Below 45 years including relaxation. Qualification & Experience : M.A. / M.Sc./M. Com. with B. Lib. / M. Lib. with 6 years experience OR B. Lib. with 9 years experience OR B. Sc. or equivalent with 10 years relevant experience. Desirable : Experience in e-Library & Library Automation will be preferred.
3.	Technical Officer 'A' (Civil) One Post - (UR) , Pay Band 2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/- (TME Rs. 27228/-) Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification & Experience : Essential : AMIE / Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience after degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 years experience. Desirable : The qualified candidates having experience in Civil maintainance of laboratory buildings and Govt. residences, Pump House operations, preparing civil estimates as per CPWD rules, writing of measurement books, certifying Running Account and final bills and having working knowledge of computer will be preferred.
