1.Manager/ Deputy Manager (Vigilance)
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate with LLB.
Experience:10-15 years in vigilance setup.
Pay Scale:Rs.13000-350-18250/ 10750-300-16750.
Age:35-45 years.
2.Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Industrial Relation)
Essential Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in PM&IR with LLB
Experience: 5-10 years having exposure of handling/ appearing in Adjudication. Arbitration, Conciliation, Domestic enquiry proceedings, legal cases including labour cases and service matters
Pay Scale: Rs.10750-300-16750/ 8600-250-14600.
Age: 30-40 years.
3. Welfare Officer (Grade II)
Essential Qualification: Degree or diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any Recognized University or Institutions
Experience:Minimum 05 years as Welfare Officer (Grade III).
Pay Scale: Rs. 8000-275-13500.
Age:More than 25 years.
